Yoga Time…Thursday 6:00am Yoga, it’s good for you.

It’s a continuation of recovery week, an essential in high intensity interval training to avoid burnt out and over-training, among many other things. As we wind down this week, get geared up for the official start of the 7 Week Lifestyle Challenge.

There are currently 20 people registered for the challenge, are you willing to take on the challenge? You can weigh in through the end of this week.

2a) Single Leg Reach 3 x 15/15
2b) Band Rows 3 x 15

3a) Kettlebell Halos 3 x 5/5
3b) Single Side Racked Walk 3 x 10/10
3c) Upper Body Step Ups 3 x 10/10
3d) Squats 3 x 10
