Workouts on Wednesday
We’ll do a nice little Tabata interval in preparation for a snow day. Complete the full tabata interval of 4 minutes of each exercise before moving on to the next.
- Sled Pulls
- Vertical Press
- Band Woodchoppers
- Lateral Lunges
- Single Leg Reaches
