Working Out on Thursday in Mt Airy

Official!!!!! The fat-loss challenge ends on June 28th. You can weigh-in anytime that week. And then have an awesome 4th of July.

Here’s your workout for Wed.

5 x 5 minutes rounds of:

Box Jumps or Step-ups

Agility Ladders

Ball-Jacks

Power Ropes

Stability Ball Planks

    Just saying…Sir Pat wanted me to say.

    “Beans Beans they’re good for your heart…the more you eat them the more you f**t!”

  2. This would be true if you ate the canned beans and didn’t rinse them thoroughly. However when you work with dried beans that need soaked, rinsed, and cooked this is far less likely to have. Plus they have a lot less sodium in them.
