Here’s the holiday schedule for July 4th week.

Monday, the 1st – regular schedule

Tuesday, the 2nd – regular schedule

Wednesday, the 3rd – regular schedule

Thursday, the 4th – 9:00am workout only

Friday, the 5th:
No early morning workout
7:00am – 9:00am Open Gym
9:00am – 9:45am Urban Athletics
10:00am – 12:00pm Open Gym
No afternoon workout

Saturday, the 6th – regular schedule

Sunday, the 7th – regular schedule

1a) Full Contact Twists 4 x 6/6
1b) Box Jumps 4 x 8

2a) Row 4 x 300m
2b) SA RDL 4 x 5/5

3a) Jumping Pull Ups 4 x 25
3b) Dips 4 x 3-8
