Friday’s Workout

Complete the following exercise for 20 seconds, rest 10 seconds, complete 8 total rounds:
-Plank

Complete 20 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest of the following exercises for a total of 6 rounds of:
-Kettlebell High Pulls
-In and Outs
-Sit Throughs
-Bottom Push Up Hold

Complete 20 seconds of work, alternating between the two exercises, rest 10 seconds, complete 8 total rounds:
Alternating VSit Holds and Superman Holds
