Working out for the Weekend

Here’s a litte information on the Saturday, May 11th charity event to support The American Cancer Society.

Teams of 4 will row on one erg/rower. The length of the row is yet to be determined. Each person on each team will pay an entry fee, the fee will include an event t-shirt. Prizes will be awarded to the team who rows the fastest time and to the team who does the most additional fundraising. Potluck food and beverage for post event will be happily welcomed.

If you do not have a team we will find one for you.

Friday’s Workout:

5 Rounds, 30 seconds each:

Push Press Left
-Front Squat Left
-Overhead Hold Left
-Push Press Right
-Front Squat Right
-Overhead Hold Right

Rest – 1 minute between rounds

3 Rounds of:

-15 Knees to Elbows
-30 Horizontal Flutter Kicks
-15 Walk Outs
