Working out for the Weekend

We hope you enjoy the weather coming our way this weekend. Remember to bring your sneakers in this wet weather.

Complete each exercise for 40 seconds, rest 20 seconds between exercises. Complete a total of 4 rounds of the following:

-Duck Unders
-Mountain Climbers
-Shouldered Sandbag Squats
-Partner Paloff Presses
-Weighted Lateral Lunges
