It’s already the weekend! What exciting plans do you for the upcoming weekend? With more mild winter weather this weekend an outdoor activity would be great to plan!

1d) Push Press 5 x 5/5

2a) Russian Twists 5 x 5/5
2b) Pull Ups 5 x 5
2c) Front Squat 5 x 5/5
2d) Weighted Lateral Squat 5 x 5/5
