Working Out for the Weekend

Kettlebell Complex: Transition quickly and smoothly from one exercise to the next.

Complete 30 seconds of each exercise for a total of 4 rounds of:
-Kettlebell Halos
-Hand to Hand Swings
-Kettlebell Sling Shots
-Goblet Reverse Lunges
-Rest

Complete each exercise for 40 seconds, resting 20 seconds between each exercise for a total of 3 rounds of:
-Squat Thrusts
-Double Cleans
-Plank

Reminder to those of you who need to still weigh in and do measurements for the Lifestyle Challenge. If you’d like to continue on the program past the 7 weeks please send me an email and let me know so I can include you in the weekly email that will go out on Sundays, starting THIS Sunday!
