Working Out for the Weekend
Kettlebell Complex: Transition quickly and smoothly from one exercise to the next.
Complete 30 seconds of each exercise for a total of 4 rounds of:
-Hand to Hand Swings
-Kettlebell Sling Shots
-Goblet Reverse Lunges
Complete each exercise for 40 seconds, resting 20 seconds between each exercise for a total of 3 rounds of:
