Working out for the Weekend
Here’s a tasty vegetable dish you do not want to skip. These are quite possibly the most delicious roasted vegetables I have ever eaten.

Sliced brussel sprouts
Cherry tomatoes halved
Sliced zucchini
Olive oil
Fresh lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
Penzeys Buttermilk Ranch Spice
Preheat oven to 390 degrees.
Spread the vegetables evenly on a baking sheet.
Spray with olive oil, use a misto if possible.
Season to taste.
Roast in oven for 15 minutes or until browned and crsipy.
Friday’s Workout:
Choose your own: 10 minutes.
You may mix and match for the
work period between:
-Jump Rope
-Row
-Alternating Step Ups
Complete 20 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest for 5 rounds of:
-Kettlebell High Pulls
-Mountain Climbers
-Jumping Lunges
-Kettlebell Upper Cuts
