Working Out for the Weekend

Reminders:

If you’d like to bring in some food donations, Rachael is taking our collections to Ocean City, NJ on Saturday.

THANKSGIVING DAY ANNUAL WORKOUT – 8:00am

You do not want to miss this workout, quite possibly the most fun you’ll have all year!

Client appreciation shopping event at Indigo Schuy on Wednesday, November 28th from 7:00pm – 9:00pm. Urban Athlete clients will be offered a discount that night between 7:00pm and 9:00pm, we’ll also be having chair massage, a few tasty treats and Indigo Schuy is putting together a few raffles!

Friday’s Workout:

1:15 minutes of each for 4 rounds with 30 seconds rest between rounds of:
-Agility Ladder Drills
-Partner Medicine Ball Drills

PARTNER WORKOUT – Partner A works for a specific set of reps, Partner B works until Partner A is done. Each Partner will do each exercise 2 times.

1a) Single Arm RDL 2 x 5/5
1b) Medicine Ball Cleans

2a) Dumbbell Renegade Row with Push Up 2 x 8/8
2b) Farmer’s Walk

3a) Landmine Press 2 x 5/5
3b) Bottom Position Squat Hold
