Night Market was a ton of fun and we were delighted to meet so many new people and families as well as have our current family stop by.

Friday’s Workout

1) Various Agility Ladder Drills 10 minutes

2a) Pull Ups 6-5-4-3-2
2b) Box Jump 12-10-8-6-4

3a) Cauldrons 4 x 5/5
3b) Rope Slams 4 x 10
3c) MB Woodchopper 4 x 5/5
