Working Out for the Weekend

Please note: While we are typically open and running on holiday weekends, it just so happens that the driveway is being finished on Friday with a fresh new layer of black top. Once it is down we will NOT BE ABLE TO WALK on the surface for 48 hours. Due to the circumstances and not wanting to accidentally bring fresh tar into the gym and onto the mats we will be closing at 12pm on Friday the 2nd through Monday the 5th. The regular schedule will resume at 6:00am on Tuesday the 6th.

For tomorrow if you hit Urban Athlete prior to 12:00pm you WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARK IN THE LOT. You will need to park on the street, there will be no vehicle access. Additionally, please note that you may need to enter the gym through the back garage door.

Trying out a new interval: this is a good one leading up to the long weekend!

90 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest for a total of 4 rounds of:
-Agility Ladder Drills
-Rowing
-Band Circle
-Jump Rope
-Squat Thrusts
