Working Out for the Weekend

Friday’s Workout:

Complete 40 seconds of work, followed by 20 seconds of rest, complete a total of 5 rounds of:

-Box Jumps
-Ring Rows
-Power Ropes
-Kettlebell High Pulls
-Band Pull Aparts
