Working Out for the Weekend

Kettlebell time… Skill work today kettlebell snatches. Don’t fear the kettlebell, once you learn the technique kettlebell exercises are very easy to do and fun at the same time.

Friday’s Workout

30 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest, for 4 rounds of:
-Lateral Lunges
-Sling Shots
-Medicine Ball Squat and Toss
-Walkout Push Up

Finish with 20 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest for 6 rounds of:
-Partner Paloff Presses
-Partner Band Row
