Working Out for the Weekend

It’s Final-ly Friday in Mt.Airy, join us this Friday from 5:00-7:00pm for some extra workouts, friendly gathering, and to wish Katie good luck in grad school.

2b) Double Racked Step Ups 5 x 5/5
2c) Tight Band Rotations 5 x 10/10
