Working Out for the Weekend

Working out with a partner is always tons of fun and provides a little extra motivation a long the way. Try this one on for size today.

Person A will complete a designated number of reps of the exercise, Person B will complete an unknown number of reps of their exercises until Person A is finished. You group of exercises will be completed 3 times before moving to the next section.

1A Bulgarian Split Squats 8/8
1B Burpees

2A Row 500m
2B Cauldrons

3A Knees to Elbows 12-15
3B Plank
