Working Out for the Weekend

The kids even got in on some rowing skills during last week’s Olympics. We may have some future super stars on our hands.
Remember tonight, Friday, we have two extra workouts at 5:30pm and 6:30pm, we would love for you to bring your friends and family to try a workout tonight on us. A great way to get some movement in before heading out into Mt. Airy’s Final-ly Friday tonight.
Complete as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes with good form.
