Working Out for the Weekend
Friday’s Workout
Complete each exercise for 60 seconds, rest 20 seconds between each exercise. Complete a total of 5 rounds of the following:
-Rowing
-Plank
-Reverse Lunges
-Tight Band Rotations
-Wall Sit
