1b) Kettlebell Push Ups 5 x 8-12
Working toward one arm push ups!!
2a) Russian Twists 4 x 20
2b) Upper Body Steps 4 x 20
3a) Suitcase Deadlift 5 x 3/3
3b) Bent Over Row 5 x 5/5
