Working Out for the Weekend

Complete each exercise for 20 seconds, rest 20 seconds between rounds, complete a total of 10 rounds of:


Power Ropes
Anchored Snatches
Hanging Knee Raises
Lateral Bounding


At the end of each round, complete 2-5 push ups!
