Working Hard!

Between the tuck jumps during all the Urban Athletics sessions and the box jumps during the kettlebell session, we had some pretty amazing fitness feats shine through.

Nice work Gretchen!

Tuesday’s Workout:

Complete each exercise for 40 seconds, rest 20 seconds between each exercise. Complete a total of 4 rounds with 1 block run between each round.

-Kettlebell Sling Shots
-Squat Thrusts
-Landmine Row and Press
-Side Plank
