Happy New Year Urban Athlete!!
Bottom to Bottom Tabata Squats

Triple Tabata round, alternating exercises every interval:
- Sit Ups
- Flutter Kicks
- Push Ups
~~~~~
Finish with a descending ladder of Kettlebell Swings and Ring Rows:
20-16-12-8-4 of each.
