Roll back jumps are a killer, but fun to learn
Hey Matt, I don’t know too many people who love burpees, but it’s nice to know there’s at least one person! Overhead Squats are hard, no doubt, but we’ll work on them.
Will, Roll back jumps…interesting.
Favorite: Iron Cross
Most Favorite: The Mexican Pushup
Least Favorite: Sit Ups
Favorite: speedy rowing
Least: the country of turkey
second to least favorite: 1/2 the country of turkey
Favorites: Superman Planks, Snatches, Blurpees (Burpee with a push up and an hop into a pull up)..
Least: Skips of any kind… oh yeah and STAR JUMPS.. I hate those.. and wall sits..
