Weigh Ins Today…Any Guesses…
Weigh ins today and tomorrow, stop in even if you aren’t working out to weigh in (out) and get measured. The pot is split between the top female and the top make to have lost the most amount of weight in pounds and inches around the waist, based on a percentage.
Any guesses on who the big winners will be??
This year in addition to bragging rights…the top male and female to have lost the most will each take home $180!!
Friday’s Workout:
60 seconds of work : 15 seconds of rest for 4 rounds of:
- Rowing
- Squat Thrusts
- Paloff Presses
- Single Arm RDLs
- Stability Ball Planks
After the 2nd and 4th rounds do a block run!
