Warrior Challenge – Charity Event

It looks like July is our month of charity events! The weekend after Burpees and Burgers you can head down to Avon-By-The-Sea and participate in an awesome workout that benefits the Silent Warrior Fund. Anyone who would like to participate please let me know ASAP, and Urban Athlete will pay for your registration for the event.

1 mile Sand Run with a Sandbag (20lbs for women, 40lbs for men)
Max Pull Ups (no kipping, dead hang only)
2 minutes of Sand Burpees
**Mystery Event**

Let’s represent!!

Tuesday’s Workout:

Block Run (add a sandbag for some fun!)

40 seconds on / 20 seconds off for 4 rounds of:

-Overhead Holds
-Band Woodchoppers
-Kettlebell High Pulls
-Plank

2a) Pull Ups 5 x 5
2b) Burpees 5 x 10

Finish it up with a Block Run…sandbag anyone??
