Single-leg Hip Bridge (on Bench) 30 seconds Right/30 seconds left
Kettlebell Swings
Single leg reach/lateral lunge combo-30 seconds Right/30 seconds left
Then complete the core conditioning complex:
3 x 3 minute circuits of:
Cauldrons
Band Tight Rotations
Stability Ball Planks
