Two More Workout Days

We are wishing you and yours a healthy, safe, and happy holiday season. Just a quick reminder that the Tuesday and Thursday yoga classes are on hold until January. The Monday, Wednesday, Friday yoga classes remain as scheduled. We will be closed on the 24th and 25th of December. We will be open regular hours on December 31st and January 1st.

We will also be adding some new classes and new class times to the schedule in January. Beginning January 1st, we will no longer offer adult jiu-jitsu classes. We will continue to offer kids jiu-jitsu classes on Saturday mornings and Boxing conditioning classes in the evening. The schedule will be updated shortly.

Thursday’s Workout:

Agility Ladder Drills

30 seconds on / 15 seconds off for 6 rounds of:
-Ring Rows
-Squats
-Double Push Press
-Good Mornings
-Side Plank Variations
