Two More Days Until Weigh Ins
There is no yoga this morning, but I will be doing a brief foam rolling and stretching class in place of it. Marisa is back in action next Thursday.
You will also have the choice to do the workout at 6am in an Open Gym environment.
Thursdays Workout:
Complete as many rounds as possible with good form in 25 minutes of:
- 3 – 5 Pull Ups
- 15 Jump Squats
- 10/10 Weighted T Rotations
- 10 Box Jumps
- 10/10 Full Contact Twists
- 5 Double Push Press
