Tuesday’s Workout

Today’s focus is on strength. Work up to using heavier weights with good form, as always don’t compromise your form.

1a) Half TGU 5 x 3/3
1b) RDL 5 x 3

2a) Press 5 x 5/5
2b) Renegade Rows 5 x 5/5

3a) Double Front Squat 5 x 5
3b) Janda Sit Ups 5 x 5-8
