Tuesdays with Urban Athlete

If you’re interested in finding out a little more information on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Tim Hart will be going over some of the basics this Saturday during the kick off of the Gracie 360 program at 12pm. We’d love to see you there, and you can check out more about Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and the seminar here.

Reminder for those with a solid background in Kettlebell training, Kettlebell Hell is tonight, Tuesday, at 8pm.

Tuesday’s Workout goes like this…

1a) Snatches 3×10/10
1b) Box Jumps 3×20

2a) Pull Ups 5×5
2b) Jumping Lunges 5×20

3a) Horizontal Flutter Kicks 4×20
3b) Sit Ups 4×20
3c) Garage Run 4×1
