Tuesdays and Yoga at Urban Athlete

Have some kinks you can’t seem to get rid of? Stop by for the 8pm Yin inspired yoga class on Tuesday nights, by far one of the best yoga classes I’ve ever been to.

Complete each exercise for 40 seconds, rest 20 seconds between exercises, complete a total of 4 rounds of:

-Jump Rope
-Inch Worm
-Partner MB Drills
-Squats

Finish each round with a weighted
block run, either with a medicine
ball or sandbag.
