Tuesday Workouts in Mt Airy

For the next 6 Thursdays, excluding July 4th, we will be offering a strength a conditioning workout geared to soccer for youth athletes ages 11-13. If you would like to enroll your son or daughter please contact us no later than tomorrow, Wednesday June 12th. There are several spaces still available. The dates are:

June 13th, 20th, 27th
July 11th, 18th, 25th

Each training session is at 8:00pm and is approximately 45 minutes long. You can choose which dates you’d like to have your child(ren) attend. Pre-registration is required.

Tuesday’s workout:

High Pulls 7 x 15
Ring Row 7 x 15
Landmine Pull/Push 7 x 7/7
Knees to Elbows 7 x 15
Jump Squats 7 x 7
