Complete each exercise for 30 seconds, rest 10 seconds between, complete a total of 4 rounds of:

1a – Flutter Kicks
1b – Side Plank

Complete each exercise for 40 seconds, rest 20 seconds between, complete a total of 4 rounds of:

2a – Walkout Push Ups
2b – Double Farmer’s Walk
2c – Sledge Strikes
2d – Wall Sits
2e – Hand to Hand Kettlebell Swings
