Tuesday Workouts

Take a look (or a read actually) of this report on food trends from yahoo.  As it turns out, some of what you’ve been eating really isn’t all that health, although it might not seem so bad at the time.

Yahoo recommends the K.I.S.S. theory of eating which like most of the meal planning ideas at Urban Athlete we try to do the same.  K.I.S.S. otherwise known as Keep It Simple Stupid, simply refers to eating simple foods, foods that don’t have a ton of crazy things done to them, foods that don’t have a ton of extra things added into their ingredients.

 

Extended warm up: Agility Drills

5 x 5 Pull Ups (partner pull ups for assist)

5 x 100 Jump Rope

5 x 5/5 Rows

5 x 20 Kettlebell Swings
