Tuesday Workout In Mt Airy
It’s going to be a hot one today folks. Drink water, stay cool.
Did anyone anyone do an outdoor workout this weekend? Tell us about it…
Tuesday’s Workout:
1A) Pull Ups 6 x 4
1B) Good Mornings 6 x 6
2A) OH Press 5 x 5/5
2B) Contra-lateral Bent Over Row 5 x 5/5
3A) Caldrouns 5 x 8/8
3B) Upper Body Step Ups 5 x 8/8
3C) Jumping Lunges 5 x 8/8

I did a little KB workout at the park on Sunday morning. 25 swings, 25 high pulls, 25 snatches and 25 presses (all R/L_.. with a few squats, pushups and pull ups thrown into the mix.. Then later on i took a short Mt Bike Ride along Kelly Drive…
Yesterday I kept it indoors in the “AC” and did:
5 Tricep Dips (on a chair)
10 Push Ups
15 sit ups
for Twenty Sets
For a total of 100 Triceps Dips, 200 Push Ups & 300 Sit Ups!
Tonight: MMA Class! (Headed there early (( around 6)) to do 5 pull ups & 10 sits ups for Twenty Sets).
Ok, Vasil, I mean Rich. Nice work though!! Maybe I’ll try to keep up with you and Vasil in your pre-workout workout tonight.
Sure, join the fun.. but I think it’s Vasil’s pre-workout workout workout or maybe his post-workout workout…
Geez Rich, you really got ‘er done! All I was able to do was a bunch of twelve ounce curls…
He is an animal. Sensei, not too many curls on vacation, it’ll be that much harder when you get beack!
