Trying Something New
Adding in a little skill work today: One Arm Kettlebell High Pulls 5-8 minutes.
Workout: 6 Rounds
- 5 Pull Ups (if 5 is too much work on assisted variations, if 5 is too little add some weight)
- 5/5 Kettlebell Suitcase Deadlifts
- 15 Ring Rows
- 10/10 Assisted Pistols
Plank variations at the end.
