I appreciate everyone coming out into the cold and rain yesterday…true dedication.

Here’s the workout for tomorrow.

  • 20 Lateral Cone Jumps
  • 10R/10L Single Leg Reaches
  • 20 Deep In & Outs
  • 10 R/ 10L Step-up w/hop

5 Rounds.

  • 20 Hanging Knees Raises
  • 20 Sit-ups
  • 20 Full Contact Twist

3 Rounds.
