True Dedication
I appreciate everyone coming out into the cold and rain yesterday…true dedication.
Here’s the workout for tomorrow.
- 20 Lateral Cone Jumps
- 10R/10L Single Leg Reaches
- 20 Deep In & Outs
- 10 R/ 10L Step-up w/hop
5 Rounds.
- 20 Hanging Knees Raises
- 20 Sit-ups
- 20 Full Contact Twist
3 Rounds.
