Training On Tuesdays
Nice elevated push ups guys! From left to right Dillon, Ron, and Nathan.
At the top of every two minutes complete the following reps and movements. The faster you work, the more rest your recieve. If you do not finish before the allotted time, start over from the beginning. For example, if you complete the following in 90 seconds you will get 30 seconds rest. If you complete the following in 110 seconds you will get 10 seconds rest. Try to keep your work and rest time frames consistant from round to round.
- Snatches 5/5
- Box Jump 10
- Push Press 5/5
Complete 15 rounds for a total of 30 minutes of work.
