Training on Saturday Mornings & Barefoot Research from Nike
This workout will be just as tough as yesterday’s training. Maybe, but it’s all Molly’s fault.
1 Garage Farmers Walk- Grab 2 kettlebells, head back to the end of the garages and back.
20 Overhead Walking Lunges- 10 steps per leg. Use a MB or whatever.
20 Ring Rows
20 Kettlebell Highpulls

how is this my fault?? i didn’t come this morning b/c i got bored just thinking about counting to 300. i mean, really!
I love everything about the barefoot running idea. Not only the innate fitness ideas of training/ running barefoot, but the Oh $h!t that Nike and their competition must be feeling. They have hung their hat on big heel padding and shock absorbers and “support” and now the pendulum is starting to push the other direction fast. I am paitently awaiting the spin they will come up with. They need to recapture the marketshare of the “barefoot” folks and somehow still honor all of the “science” in their other shoes….
Yeah Doc. Not sure how Nike will reconcile all their previous attempts at science.
