Friday Nights at Urban Athlete
A little bit of
chaos for this one, but you’ll love it nonetheless. A little bit of kettlebell training, mixed in with some sandbag training, mixed in with some bodyweight training. You can never go wrong with that.
25 Bodyweight Squats
15/15 Speed Rows
Sandbag Carry – Anyhow – Garage Length
10 Kettlebell True Snatch Pulls
10/10 Kettlebell Sling Shots
5 Tire Flips (partner up and alternate if necessary or work together)
5 Rounds
