Tough Tuesdays

40 seconds on / 20 seconds off for a total of 4 rounds.  Complete all rounds of one exercise before moving on to the next.

  • Agility Drills
  • Battling Ropes
  • Vertical Press
  • Deep In and Outs
  • Planks

At the end of your workout, finish up with some pull ups.
