40 seconds on / 20 seconds off for a total of 4 rounds. Complete all rounds of one exercise before moving on to the next.
- Agility Drills
- Battling Ropes
- Vertical Press
- Deep In and Outs
- Planks
At the end of your workout, finish up with some pull ups.
