Tough Tuesday Workouts at Urban Athlete

It’s spring (although it snowed yesterday) and we’re placing a spring gear order. This is the order that you can order almost any style shirt, in any color. The only limitation is that the logo and text must stay white. Prices will vary depending on the total number of shirts that are ordered. You can order shirts up until Saturday, April 13th.

Tuesday’s Workout

Complete 20 reps of each exercise, and 3 rounds of:

-Step Ups w Hop
-Tight Band Rotations
-Squat Thrusts
-Band SLDL
-Band Bent Over Rows
-Stability Ball Exchanges

Complete 20 seconds of work, followed by 20 seconds of rest for 6 rounds of:
-Wall Sits
