Tough Tuesday Workouts

Complete each exercise for 40 seconds, rest 20 seconds between each exercise, take no extra rest between rounds, complete a total of 6 rounds.

  • Weighted T Rotations
  • Single Arm Deadlift (alternate sides from round to round)
  • Lateral Step Ups
  • Partner Medicine Ball Chest Passes
