It’s time to weigh in…This is the halfway point to see if you’ve been doing well or waiting it out. Weigh in Tuesday – Thursday this week.

Monday Workout

40 seconds on : 20 seconds off for 4 Rounds:

-Kettlebell Hand to Hand Swings
-Jumping Pull Ups
-Broad Jumps
-V Sit Holds
-Pledge Push Ups
