20 Squats
20 Jump Squats
20 Jumping Lunges
20 Lunges
3 Rounds of:
20 Palloff Press- 10R/10L
20 Sit-ups
20 Full Contact Twist 10R/10L
20 Stability Ball knee tucks or pikes.
