Thursday Workouts in Mt Airy start with Yoga

Yoga is a great way to start the day, stop in for the 6:00am yoga class on Thursday mornings to recharge you from the earlier part of the week and send you into a relaxing and more stress-free weekend.

Thursday Workout

Complete 20 reps of each movement for a continuous 25 minutes:

-Kettlebell Swings
-Sit Throughs
-Band Pull Aparts
-In and Outs
-Band Rows
-Double Unders
-Upper Body Step Ups
