Thursday Workouts in Mt Airy

Reminder to register your team for the Row-A-Thon, we have a few spaces open, all proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society. We’re also taking shirt orders, don’t miss out!

There’s also the charity fundraiser for the Ride for Homes event tonight from 5:30-7:30pm at City Tap House.

Complete 30 seconds of work, followed by 15 seconds of rest for a total of 5 rounds of:

-Pinch Grip Holds
-Side Plank
-Jump Rope
-Ring Holds
-Stability Ball I, Y, Ts
-Speed Rows
