Ful Contact Twists 6/6
Ball Slams 5/5/5
Push Press 8/8
WALL BALL 10
Renegade Rows 8/8
Upper Body Step Ups 8/8

At the end of each round complete one of the two:
10 Tire Flips
or
1 Down and Back Prowler Push
