Thursday Workout
Join Marisa for an early morning yoga class and charge your day with a different kind of energy than you usually get from a 6:00am Urban Athlete workout.
Complete each exercise for 45 seconds, rest 15 seconds between exercises, complete a total of 5 rounds of:
-Jump Rope (Double Unders)
-Sit Throughs
-Ring Rows
-V Sits
Complete each round with a Garage Run.
